Bread plants


The Ciberpan bread plant consists of three units being the Divider, Intermediate Proofer and bread Moulder

 

Ciberpan Volumetric Dough Divider.

Versatile machine being able to divide dough from 50 to 80% water content, the divider comes fitted with a rounding arm and flour sprinkler. Standard features include a piece counter, weight guide, speed regulation wheel, weight regulation wheel, manual or automatic model and is mounted on castors for easy maneuverability. All external paneling is manufactured in Stainless Steel.
Options: 40kg or 150kg Hopper.

Ciberpan Intermediate Proofer.

A compact intermediate proofer with 250 pockets, fitted with a flour sprinkler that lines the pockets with flour prior to the dough pieces falling into pockets.
The intermediate proofer is fitted with a germicide, selection of pockets to be used 1,2 or 3 per row, discharge or loading mode,
Speed output regulation. The proofer is fitted with castors to allow easy maneuverability and all external paneling is manufactured in Stainless Steel.

Ciberpan Bread Moulder.

This moulder has been designed to support long work sessions in big productions. It is a horizontal moulder of double course, although if is desired it can work with a single course. It can produce pieces between 30 and 1200g at a maximum speed at a maximum output of 60 pieces per minute.
The moulders belts are 600mm wide.
1 Vertical roller centralizer to centre and lengthen the balls of dough.
1 Set of laminating and prelaminating rollers adjustable in separation.
1 upper press with a set of rolling cloths and weights.
1 curved plate that we can unhook to work only with one course or hook to work with two courses.
1 exit belt that works slowly to allow us time to remove dough pieces.
