Born after careful technological and market research, the model EVOLUZIONE 400 is the first table drop machine for biscuits, which allows the user to install it on tables and other working surfaces; this feature makes the machine ideal for the smallest of shops.

The machine is designed to drop hard, middle-hard and whipped dough, like amaretto, petit four, lady fingers, almond dough, puffs and other kinds of dough usually dropped by hand using a squeeze-sack. Moreover, the new option, the pump head, also allows the machine to drop liquid dough (eg sponge).

It is possible to install on the machine several dies and matrixes for the dropping procedure, according to the user’s needs. The machine comes complete with a rotary die and spouts. Optionally, it is possible to install plate-bearing dies and other dies allowing versatility to satisfy the imagination of the user.

The mechanical work of the machine is controlled by a microprocessor able to store in memory more than fifty programs. This processor allows the adjustment - also while the machine is working - of: Dropping Time and Speed, Table Height, Tray Speed and, optionally Rotation Speed. When the work cycle is complete, the machine automatically returns to its starting program.

Trays are conveyed by belts. On request, the machines can be programmed for a forward-backward movement of the tray. The feeding head is easy to disassemble and remove, for complete and easy cleaning.

The SINTESI model is the natural development of the table drop machine Evoluzione. It has in fact all the typical features of the above drop machine with the add of an accessory which makes the SINTESI more complete: the wire cut.
The machine is equipped with a special “brushless” motor for the cylinders of the head for hard dough; this motor is useful to help the dropping of the hard dough.

There is the possibility to mount on the machine two different kind of head which allow to produce a wide range of biscuits:
The cylinders head is suitable to drop dense, medium-dense and whipped type dough, macaroons, petit fours, lady fingers, almond pastries, cream puffs and other dough traditionally dropped by hand, using squeeze sacks. It is also ideal to work with wire cut dough.
The second one, a pump head, allows to drop also liquid dough (for instance, sponge cake, plum cakes and so on).
Moulds of various types and shapes can be mounted on the machine, according to customer requirements, for drop and wire cut working.

A microprocessor with programs controls the mechanical operation system of the machine. Even with the machine in operation, this microprocess
or allows the operator to do some changes. Once the work cycle is finished, the machine automatically resets to initial memory if the modification are not set.

The machine comes equipped with a cylinders head, a rotary mould with two set of nozzles, a speed variator for the tray advancement, one for the up-and-down movement of the table, one for the rotation of the cylinders inside the head and one for the turning of the rotary mould.
Tray drive unit with double conveyor belt. Removable feed head for fast, easy cleaning.
Possibility to program the return of the tray after dropping to reduce the rooms.

The ELEVATOR depositor, with its simple and user-friendly design, allow and fast emptying of mixing bowls in the change of product process. The machine is able to transfer the dough and deposit the required amounts due to its manual dispenser. The machine, mounted on swivel castors can easily relocated. The ELEVATOR replaces the squeeze sack, automating the working process. The most common uses are in the pastry and catering fields
