PROOFERS
FOR ROTARY OVENS
Constructed in stainless steel with duraluminium frame
and exterior shell in double-wall sheet metal with insulating
cavity. The heat and humidity produced by a special
unit are circulated through the proofer by fans to ensure
uniform rising of all types of products.
